Working alongside the main contractor, Derbybeech supplied delivered and installed 4 modular bays to create a single teaching space with a standard toilet, Doc 'M' toilet, store and wet area. This high specification building features aluminium windows and doors, tape, fill and decorated internal walls, suspended ceiling and a render external finish with a brick skirt. The burgundy render between the windows adds a splash of colour.
